Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) has a scent that’s a wonderful blend of fresh, floral, clean, and calm.

Physically: Relaxing, sedative, eases inflammation.

Mentally + Spiritually: Calmative and sedative, open and expressive.   Calms and relaxes the mind, to reduce stress and to promote restful sleep.

Clears communication channels between body and source. Promotes self awareness. Encourages you to speak from the connection of your heart or soul. Assists in learning to communicate and speak your inner most thoughts and desires.

HOW TO USE

  • Topical: Apply 2–4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin. Use as needed.

​

  • Lavender is great for scars & burns.


  • To enhance communication apply 1-2 drops to your throat or back of neck.

​

  • Aromatic: Diffuse during the day or evening to enhance sleep and to create a calm and relaxing environment. A few people may find Lavender Essential Oil too stimulating in the evening. 

​

  • Add a few drops to lotions, shampoos, and skin care products for a classic aroma and more
    youthful complexion.

​

  • Add 4 drops of Lavender and 1 cup of Epsom salt to a bath to create a relaxing environment.

​

  • Unwind in the evening with a calming, Lavender- infused neck or back massage.
