Should your products be faulty LightHouse Healing will provide you with replacement products or a refund. Please bear in mind that our products are hand-crafted and imperfections are part of the endearing features of our range as each hand-crafted item is unique, varied and may differ in appearance from the online / digital image illustrated.
LightHouse Healing needs to be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods if there are any issues. LightHouse Healing does not offer "change of mind" returns but if you are unhappy with your purchase due to damaged or faulty goods please contact us within 7 days. In all circumstances you will require a proof of purchase receipt and original packaging when returning products. If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.
